SHIPPING 

At Samone’s Beauty Supply, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping nationwide.  Our shipping policies includes processing times, tracking, and delivery options.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Excluding holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using curated shipping rates, based on order weight, shipping address, and UPS carrier.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

  • If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact: support@samonesbeautysupply.com.

Shipping Locations

We ship nationwide within the United States.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories may take longer and may have additional fees.

  • We do NOT currently offer international shipping.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once your package is shipped, Samone’s Beauty Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If an order is marked "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

Promotion Policy

Only one promotion may be applied per order

  •  This includes discount codes, reduced delivery rates, free shipping, or free local delivery. Offers cannot be combined.

Return & Replacement Policy

Samone’s Beauty Supply does not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will offer a store credit or correct item replacement under the following conditions:

Proof of Damage: Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged item within 72 hours of delivery.

If your request is approved, you have two options:
1.  Store Credit:
You’ll receive credit equal to the item’s value. If you use this credit to repurchase the correct item, you’ll be responsible for any applicable shipping or delivery fees.
2. Correct Item Replacement:
We will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. All shipping and delivery fees will be covered by us.

No Returns Required: You do not need to return the damaged item.

How to Request a Store Credit or Replacement:

Fill out the "Store Credit and Replacement Request" on website within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. First and Last name

  3. Email

  4. Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  5. A brief description of the issue


Important Notes:

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and applies only to future purchases.

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind or personal preference.

  • Reports submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for compensation.
